Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship to more than 200 countries, to see if we ship to your country, please refer to the International Shipping Information


Q: When can i get my dress after order?
A: Usually, we will send you an email to confirm your order information with you on receipt of your payment and begin to process your order on receipt of your confirmation. The general process time for your dress is 7-10 working days and then 3-5 working days for shippinbg. So usually you will get your dress 10-15 working dasy after your payment. If you need your dress urgently, rush order is available.


Q: Why can I no longer find the dress that I found before?
A: Our website keep updating new styles, sometimes we may remove some old style. So if you can not find the dress you found before, please feel free to contact our customer service for help, we can still make the dress for you if you have the pictures of the dress kept.


Q: Can I see the dress in other colors?
A: If you want to see the dress in colors different from the one shown on the website, please feel free to contact our customer service for help, we will try our best to help.


Q: What if I want a dress in a color that is not listed?
A: Sure, it is doable, most of our dresses on the website can be customized in any color, any size you want, please feel free to choose the color you want, we will make that for you.


Q: Are you an online bridal store only?
A:Yes, all our business is done online, and we do not operate any retail bridal store.


Q: When should I order my wedding dress before wedding?
A: Please place your order at your earliest convenience. Normally, placing the order can't be less than half a month in advance of your wedding ceremony. We also afford you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.


Q: Can I see a swatch of the color I’m interested in before I order?
A: Yes, we can send you cloth samples if you would be willing to pay the shipping fee.

Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery, we accept payment by paypal, credit card, money transfer and western union.

A: Sure, please feel free to provide your personal measurement while put in your order information, we will make your dress totally conform to your personal measurement.

Q: How to preserve my bridal dress?
A: Here are some general attention tips for your wedding dress
Dresses should be stored in a room where the temperature and humidity levels are constant, such as a guest room or spare closet. Never store your dress in the attic or basement where there are extreme changes in temperature and/or humidity. It is best to keep it in a dark (unexposed to sunlight), dry place, folded or rolled in a clean white sheet. Hanging your dress on a hanger is not recommended as it can cause stress to the fabric and create distortion. Do not store your dress in plastic such as a garment bag. Plastic can emit gases that will tend to yellow the fabric. If you decide to remove your dress from the one place to another place, we suggest that cotton gloves should always be worn when handling dresses.
Keeping your dress well covered will protect it from the damage caused by light and dust.
