Cancellation Policy

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories (including shoes, sashes, and wraps) are made to order, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun.

 

 For Stock Items

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund depending on the process of the order.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you would like to cancel your order, please Login to My Orders to proceed.

Payment Confirmation: We will send you an email titled "Payment Received For Order ####"

 


For Custom Made Items

- Orders cancelled before we send you the payment confirmation email can get a full refund.

- Once the dress has got to the process, you can only get a partial refund depending on the process of the dress. For example, for some rush orders, we may finish your dress in 2 or 3 days, even you cancel your order 48 hours after the payment, you can get only a small part of your payment as refund while for some general orders, you may get more than 70% of the payment as refund.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Return & Exchange

Quality Issue

If there is any quality issue like bad fabric, poor workmanship, please contact us within as soon as you get your parcel.We can only accept claims within 3 days you sign your parcel.


 
Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Ingownsdress.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. Do not worry, we will try our best to minimize the color difference by confirm the color you want with you on receipt of your payment.
 
However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service.


 
Size Issue 
Most of our dresses are customized, it is a must for you to offer us a correct size, we will make the dress totally conform to your personal measurement, usually speaking, there would be no size issue. If there is any size issue, please see the policy below.
 
Item is not the size you ordered 
Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
 
Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit 
Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
 
Please note: We would be glad to help you with the alteration free anytime if there is any size problem, but if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible. 


 
Tips For Buyers 
We are professional bridal shop online with a factory engaged in this line for more than twelve years. All our dresses except stock items are handmade,it is impossible to make every dress to be 100% alike. So please place your order for your bridesmaid dresses together in one order so that we can minimize the difference.
 
Most wedding dresses are custom made, we have little inventory, the dress you buy from us are specially made, brand new, we would not take any return for non quality issue. If there is any quality issue, please contact our customer service at the first time you receive our dresses as we can only accept claims within 3 days you sign your parcel. Any dress need to be returned should be in the original condition.
